First Aid Courses


Tree Worker First Aid Work (FAW)	Price per person £160.00

Although this course follows the syllabus specified by the HSE, it has been tailored for arboriculture and forestry with emphasis on the accidents and mechanisms of injury found in the industry.
Our first aid courses are industry driven with subject matter that is relevant and fit for purpose. Course matter is directly related to the injuries likely to be sustained in tree work.
This course is run by specialist instructors with industry relevant experience using realistic scenarios and simulated injuries.
The course has both classroom and practical elements.
Upon successful completion of the course a First Aid at Work certificate is issued and is valid for three years.


Tree Worker FAW Refresher	Price per person £90.00

The refresher course is 2 days in duration and is run in the same vein as the FAW course with a much larger practical element. Participants mush hold current FAW certificate valid at the start of the course. Successful completion leads to a FAW qualification valid for three years.


Tree Worker Appointed Persons Course	Price per person £45.00

This one day course deals with the topics covered in the FAW course and provides a HSE recognised first aid qualification at the minimum expense. Upon successful completion the qualification is valid for three years.


Courses can be scheduled to suit your needs, some can be done in modular form in blocks. Group sizes can vary by course and location. Speak to us about your requirements. You can take advantage of our Training facility in Oldham or we can travel to your location. The above prices are based on viable group sizes at our location and include lunch and refreshments.
